Back to School Mixer September 3 2014

Children of the City welcomed in the new school year with a Back to School Mixer at Toshi’s Living Room and Penthouse. The event featured delicious appetizers, a full bar serving three FREE DRINKS per guest and opportunities to mingle with an extraordinary group of COC supporters and guests. Proceeds from the event supported 150 at-risk children from Sunset Park, Brooklyn who participate in COC’s Create Success academic program and they will be receiving backpacks stuffed with school supplies for the new school year. The school supplies they will be receiving for the 2014-2015 school year will equip each child with the tools they need to succeed inside the classroom and also relieve some of the tremendous financial burden their parents face each back-to-school season.
