Sponsor will receive name recognition as event benefactor and receive Company name/logo featured in all printed materials including all press releases, print & electronic media, invitations & display ads. Sponsor will also receive premium advertising space in Tribute Journal, company name/logo prominently featured on atmosphere / room / screen signage, and two Premiere tables of 8 in Diamond location.

$20,000: Sponsor a Crisis Intervention Project
Sponsorship will receive name recognition as chair of project to provide Crisis Interventions in all publications and communications. Results of interventions will be updated throughout the year. Sponsor will receive Gold-level seating for 8 guests and Advertising space in Tribute Journal. In addition, your Company name/logo will be featured as a Project Sponsor in all printed materials for one year.

$15,000: Sponsor an Academic Development Project
Sponsor will receive name recognition as chair of one of the following projects to benefit after school programming:
:Create Success Tutor Excellence Honoree. This sponsor would be acknowledged for funding that would provide 200 hours of on site professional development including tutor training, class room supervision, evaluation, and reporting.
:Create Success Library Expansion Honoree. This sponsor would be acknowledged for funding that would supply additional books and educational supplies to meet the growing needs of our after school.
Sponsors will receive Gold-level seating for 8 guests and Advertising space in Tribute Journal.

$10,000: Sponsor a College Bound Project
Sponsor will receive name recognition as chair of project to benefit under-served high school students with assistance in College advisement, application process, financial help opportunities, formal interview training. Sponsors will receive Sapphire-level seating for 8 guests.

$5,000: Sponsor a Child
Sponsor will receive name recognition at Gala as supporting one disadvantaged child with a comprehensive plan of success. Sponsorship provides child with professionally supported relationships with mentors and educators that have a direct and measurable impact upon their life. Sponsors will receive silver level seating for 8 guests and recognition in the Tribune Journal.
